They just called and said "Mrs. McHaney just wanted to let you know everything looks great with your van. The only thing additional we would recommend is that you change your interior air filter. (not even coming up for air) Your air filter is very dirty and that is the air that you and your children are breathing. You want to change that don't you? It is only an additional $49.99"
The air filter probably had 3 specs of dirt... But sure change the damn filter. Here we are with the guilt again.
Ok... Maybe it was completely disgusting.
